We run a modern commercial tipping site in Lancing giving local and regional businesses an easy, reliable waste disposal outlet.
We have purpose-built machinery, smart systems and trained staff, all working to maximise recycling. By diverting as much as possible away from landfill, we help businesses cut costs and avoid landfill tax.

General mixed waste: £198.00 per tonne
Minimum ¾ tonne charge (£148.50)
Wood / Green waste: £80.00 per tonne
Minimum ¾ tonne charge (£60.00)
Soil / Hardcore: £66.50 per tonne
Minimum ¾ tonne charge (£49.87)
Clean Hardcore: £31.50 per tonne
Minimum ¾ tonne charge (£22.63)
Soil: £66.50 per tonne
Soil & Hardcore mixed: £66.50 per tonne
POPs waste: Charged per item:
Large items: such as sofas / mattresses are £40 per item
Small items: such as armchairs, office chairs, pouffes are £20 per item

Using our site
Safety matters, so full PPE is required on site: hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots.
Using our site is straightforward. Drive onto the weighbridge and our team will guide you through the process. Charges are based on weight with a 3/4 tonne minimum. You can pay by cash, any major card or by opening a credit account.
You’ll need a valid Waste Carriers Licence and have your own tipping vehicle.
